1. About These Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Bromios Branding and Design website (bromiosdesign.com) and the services offered by Alexander Herrmann, operating as Bromios Branding and Design, based in Berkshire County, Massachusetts. By accessing this website or booking a service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or book a service.

2. Services

Bromios Branding and Design offers branding and design consultations for small businesses, including but not limited to:

• Branding Discussion — a 2-hour consultation session.

• Social Media Strategy — a 2-hour session focused on your social media presence and plan.

Additional services may be available upon request. If you don't find what you need on the site, you are welcome to reach out directly via text or the contact form. All services are provided by Alexander Herrmann as a solo practitioner.

3. Booking and Appointments

Appointments are requested through the online booking system at bromiosdesign.com/book-online. All bookings are subject to availability and are not confirmed until you receive explicit confirmation from Bromios Branding and Design. By submitting a booking request, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about yourself and your business.

• Attend or participate in the scheduled session at the agreed time.

• Notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.

4. Fees and Payment

Fees for services are based on time spent and are discussed during or prior to the engagement. We are transparent about rates and are happy to negotiate fees for businesses with limited budgets — please don't hesitate to raise this with us. Payment terms will be agreed upon individually and communicated before services begin. We reserve the right to require a deposit or full payment in advance for certain engagements.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Please refer to our Refund Policy (available separately on this site) for full details on cancellations and refunds. In general:

• We ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

• Failure to provide reasonable notice may result in a cancellation fee.

• Refunds, where applicable, will be issued at our discretion.

For work created for clients: ownership of deliverables will be governed by the specific agreement reached with each client. Unless otherwise stated in writing, full ownership of final deliverables transfers to the client upon receipt of full payment.

Bromios Branding and Design provides services in good faith based on the information available at the time. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, results, or revenue from branding or design work. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bromios Branding and Design's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the fees paid by the client for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
